I have heard against two premises:

one says that it is better to take us home before the car. The other says the opposite. The first opinion on the ground of the extreme view: “Should  we slept in a car if  we want to buy a car in the first place?”. However, the second opinion is also difficult to reason, cause car could be our feet, so make our simple mobility. Ok. not continue with this issue, cause is not my main theme.

I want to talk here about having a house, it is not important if we want to buy a first car before or after .. lol.

Almost know that this taking home activity have many things to consider, such as:
- What types of loans
- That the lender to obtain
- We must deal directly with a lender or a broker have
- What is the point of compensation for having a runner
- How much of a loan payment to make up
- How much should the loan amount and term of loan
- It is the interest rate fixed or adjustable

I think you have an experience in these things and that has had your own option to solve. And speaking of bad credit mortgage now, perhaps this american mortgage could be another option and the alternative is left.
